GODIŠNJIH NAGRADA ZA ARHITEKTURU

za 2019.godinu

Nagrada Udruženja arhitekata Srbije se dodeljuje za:

A. Najuspešnije arhitektonsko delo iz svih oblasti arhitekture autorima pojedincima ili autorskim timovima, realizovano u protekloj godini zaključno sa 31.12.2019.godine za Godišnju nagradu „Aleksej Brkić“.

B. Izvedeno delo naših arhitekata koje je realizovano u inostranstvu u   konkurenciji za povelju Udruženja arhitekata Srbije , u protekloj godini, zaključno sa 31.12.2019.

C. Nagrada za najuspeliji studentski projekat arhitekture studentima arhitekture, nastao u toku nastavnog procesa u protekloj 2019. godini.

Predlagač je dužan da Žiriju u pisanoj formi podnese:

-          prijavu kandidata sa informacijom o objektu kojim se kandidat kandiduje za nagradu; a naročito, dokaz o članstvu područnog Društva arhitekata, grafičke priloge (situaciju osnove i preseke) koji će omogućiti odgovarajući uvid u sadržaj i rešenje, kratko tekstualno objašnjenje i fotografije objekta iz kojih se može sagledati ukupan gabarit – obavezna predaja i digitalno ( cd, dvd ili usb ) u pdf formatu, u rezoluciji do 150 dpi.

-          izjavu da je objekat završen u godini za koju konkuriše;

-          predlagač može podneti za predloženo delo i već ranije objavljene ocene, mišljenja, kritike i drugi raspoloživi materijal (ukoliko postoje) koji prezentuje, tumači i osvetljava kandidatov doprinos i podkrepljuje razlog za kandidaturu;

-          za predloženi studentski projekat, predlagač je dužan da Žiriju u pisanoj formi podnese:

prijavu kandidata sa informacijom o projektu kojim se kandidat kandiduje za nagradu, grafičke priloge projekta koji će omogućiti uvid u sadržaj i rešenje, tekstualni opis projekta, preporuku predmetnog nastavnika kao i drugi raspoloživi materijal o studentskom projektu– obavezna predaja i digitalno ( cd, dvd ili usb ) u pdf formatu, u rezoluciji do 150 dpi.

Konkurs za nagradu se raspisuje 20.07.2020., a rok za podnošenje predloga sa kompletnom dokumentacijom je do 30.09.2020.godine do 15,00 časova.

The Design Competition is a public, single-stage competition, open to Romania, all countries of the European Union, of the European Economic Area, and to the Swiss Confederation, organized by the Order of Architects in Romania, in accordance with the Competition Rules of the International Union of Architects – UIA.

Konkurs za dizajn je javni, jednostepeni, otvoren za Rumuniju kao i sve zemlje Evropske Unije, zemlje EEA i Švajcarsku. Podsećamo zainteresovane iz Srbije, da bi trebali da pronađu partnere iz Evropske Unije kako bi učestvovali na ovom konkursu.

CLUJ-NAPOCA COMPREHENSIVE

TRANSPLANT CENTRE

INTERNATIONAL DESIGN COMPETITION

The Order of Architects in Romania (OAR), the Transilvania Branch of the Order of Architects in Romania and the Cluj County are glad to announce the official launch of the „Cluj-Napoca Comprehensive Transplant Centre” International Design Competition.

The competition seeks to select the best design solution for a Comprehensive Transplant Centre, located in the central area of Cluj-Napoca Municipality, within the University Hospital Complex.

The Comprehensive Transplant Centre will be part of the structure of the Cluj County Emergency Clinical Hospital. The project has a strong innovative character, aiming to design and execute the first transplant centre in the country that accommodates all the necessary facilities for four types of transplant: heart transplant, lung transplant, liver transplant and kidney transplant.

The project of the Comprehensive Transplant Centre aims to provide an example of good practices both in terms of medical architecture and with regard to the insertion of a volume of contemporary architecture in a historical, heterogeneous site.

The Contracting Authority is the Cluj County, the owner of the land and the beneficiary of the competition results.

The competition is organized by the Order of Architects in Romania, in accordance with the Competition Rules of the International Union of Architects - UIA - and the provisions of the International Recommendations for Architecture and Urban Planning Competitions adopted at the General Conference of UNESCO of 1956, revised on 27 November 1978, in compliance with the provisions of the legislation in force regarding the award of public procurement contracts.

The Design Competition is a public, single-stage competition, open to Romania, all countries of the European Union, of the European Economic Area, and to the Swiss Confederation.

The design competition is organized as an independent procedure, in accordance with art. 105 letter a) of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement, and subsequently, pursuant to provisions under art. 104 para. (7) of the same law, the design services contract is to be awarded to the winner of the competition, following a negotiation procedure without prior publication of a participation announcement.

COMPETITION JURY

First Prize: The design services contract with an estimated value of

4.252.500 EUR, exclusive of VAT

Second Prize: 60.000 EUR

Third Prize: 30.000 EUR

1st Mention: 5.000 EUR

2nd Mention: 5.000 EUR
